Local Governance
Northshore Village is under the jurisdiction of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District, the entity responsible for reservoir operations and maintenance including a swath of land around the reservoir. PRVWSD provides water and sewer service, a local police patrol, and road maintenance around the reservoir. Additionally, PRVWSD issues building permits. A permit from PRVWSD is required for building construction including boat docks. More information:

Police protection is provided by the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office assisted by the Pearl River Valley WSD Reservoir Police . The Homeowner’s Association maintains security cameras and all visitors to Northshore Village are recorded.

A Northshore Village HOA membership roster is available to property owners. Our roster is confidential and is not to be shared. If you are a new property owner, please contact us to obtain a temporary log-in which you can use to access the Owner Page and register.
Social Activities
The Northshore Village HOA funds an annual neighborhood Christmas party hosted by a volunteer homeowner. The party is always well attended and enjoyed by all. Other events may also be organized, such as the 4th of July Neighborhood Parade held last year.
